Happy Valentine's Day

Isaac and I made conversation heart cookies and a valentine card for Daddy today. The card was a heart cut out of red construction paper and decorated with white hearts and Isaac's handprint. Isaac approved of the cookies, too! If he sees them or if he sees one of us eating one, he wants one :) I tried to get a good "Valentine" picture of Isaac today, but he was all over the place and would not cooperate. O well... here's a cute picture of him next to a paper heart that he later ripped and one of him helping me make the cookies (he played with the fruit on the counter and watched me make the cookies).

15 months old!

Isaac was 15 months old yesterday! He went to the Dr. today and received 4 shots :( He only cried for a minute... I think it hurts his feelings more than anything. The Dr. said that he is perfect (I already knew this). He weighs 22.2 lbs and is 29.75 inches tall. So he gained 2 lbs and 2 inches since his birthday.

The next major event for him is going to be cutting his 4 canine teeth. His last "first molar" is almost all the way through, and his canines are nearing the surface. I pray that they will cut through quickly because he has had a tough time with this whole tooth cutting business!
